Star Body Healing is for the dreamers, the visionaries, the ones who know they are meant for something grand. This is for the ones who are ready to be activated into their Star Selves.
These offerings are for anyone seeking to use expression, creativity, and ritual to tend to their entire self and access deep wellness—mind, body, spirit.
I am so grateful to offer the services described below, and I welcome the opportunity to support your healing journey!
Holistic Bodywork
90-minute Star Body Session: These sessions combine massage, Reiki and energy clearing, soul care, and intuitive reading. We will focus on specific areas of the body and energy body that are in need of care. Please allow an additional 15 minutes before and after for intake and integration.
$240 for 90 minutes
2-hour Star Body Session: With extended time, these sessions allow for deeper, more transformative work. This may include additional ceremonial practices, full-body massage, and/or in-depth energy work, tailored to your specific needs. Please allow an additional 15 minutes before and after for intake and integration.
$320 for 120 minutes
Psychospiritual Mentoring
Psychospiritual mentoring sessions offer a one-on-one space to support your integration and personal growth following Star Body Sessions or other significant ceremonies. You will be guided to explore your inner terrain, unlock your creativity, face your shadows, and deepen your healing process so that you can blossom into your expanded self.
I weave together multiple therapeutic modalities in our sessions, including art therapy practices, somatic awareness, parts work (IFS), energy healing and clearing, cross-cultural spiritual practices, dreamwork, and more.
Mentoring sessions are a safe space to explore your identity, process life transitions and painful experiences, release burdens, and follow your own path to wellness and wholeness.
Sessions are offered virtually at this time.
$100 per 60-minute mentoring session
Intuitive Readings
In your Intuitive Reading, I will work with tarot cards, oracle cards, and cross-cultural visionary techniques to offer insight and practical guidance for your life.
Intuitive readings are an ideal space to identify your stuck points, navigate life transitions, and welcome the Divine to guide you on your path. You are encouraged to bring a specific intention to each divination session.
You may take notes during your reading so that you leave with a full dose of insights and practical steps to guide you in your daily life.
Sessions are offered virtually at this time.
$40 per 30-minute intuitive reading session
