A creatively crafted massage blending Swedish relaxation, treatment, Lomi Lomi, and deep tissue (when needed).

Reiki/Energy Healing
In this session, ancient energy healing techniques are utilized to cleanse and balance your energy body. Stress and negative thought patterns can be addressed in these sessions and you will be given feedback and creative ideas to move in the world with a full, open, clear, and strong heart.

1:1 Mentoring
Through the use of creative art processes and Internal Family Systems, we explore your inner terrain and gently tend to the wounded parts that are ready for healing. This is mentoring that can be in person or through zoom.

A prayerful container for body-spirit connection. Cleansing and nourishing practices including massage, aromatherapy, sound healing, energy balancing, divination, and more are utilized to create a unique and custom ceremony just for you, guided by your healing intentions.
